Bkav has officially participated in Anti Phishing Working Group

Today, Bkav Corporation has officially become a member of Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG). APWG is a non-benefit organization which was established in 2003 with the participation of top 133 organizations in Internet technologies and Internet security in the world such as: Microsoft, Google, Facebook, McAfee, Symantec, AVG… together with some law enforcement associations and other non-benefit organizations.

 APWG Members

APWG's activities aim to prevent the stealing of credit card's information, bank account information, passwords and sensitive information in Internet. Being the member of APWG, members can share database and results of researches about phishing in the global.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Son, Director of Bkav Research and Development (Bkav R&D) said: "Bkav will share the list of phishing websites, malicious websites collected in Vietnam with other members, at the same time we will receive daily updated phishing address list in the world from other members. The database will strengthen Bkav's products, protect customers from phishing."
