Last weekend, at the Government’s headquarters, before discussing with Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and Minister Nguyen Thanh Long about home isolation monitoring solutions, I met Associate Professor Tran Dac Phu.

We discussed the anti-pandemic strategy, and agreed that testing at medical facilities is necessary, and that large scale testing is still cheaper than social distancing.

Yesterday, at the meeting of the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control, the Minister of Health Nguyen Thanh Long said: Switching from "Tracing" to "Attacking" in COVID-19 testing.

Thus, testing even in the absence of the  pandemic has become a STRATEGY for early detection of new outbreaks. What I have been recommending for so long.

That's great, we won't let big outbreaks happen again!
