How to inform Bkav upon signs of virus or unusual incidents on computers using Bkav Internet Security
When you doubt that there are viruses or abnormal signs on your computer, use Send support request to Bkav function of Bkav Internet Security to inform Bkav. Please take the below steps:
Step 1: Run Bkav Internet Security antivirus program, select Support and then select Send support request to Bkav
Step 2: A new box appears, click OK
Step 3: Fill in your name, phone number and email address and describe the detailed symptoms of your computer before clicking Send button.
Then click OK to complete log sending.
On receiving your log, Bkav will analyze the sample and send back to you the solution to your virus problem through Bkav Internet Security program. When you get notification saying Solution to your virus problem is now available, take the following steps to handle the virus:
Step 1: When you see the notification, click Process
Step 2: Bkav Pro - Technical Support box appears, click OK to send processing result to Bkav.
Step 3: Click Send to send the virus sample to Bkav Contact Center.
Step 4: When a window appears, informing that you have successfully sent virus samples to Bkav, click OK. Then restart your computer to complete the process.
